Dornier Donatus White 2017
The nose is bursting with aromas of white flowers, crisp pears and stone fruit. The palate is elegant and delicate, with flavours of grapefruit, minerals, peaches and honey. The wine has a terrific mouth-feel and a fine minerality on the finish. There is a lovely underlying freshness to this wine.

Dornier Donatus Red 2016
This nose is bursting with flavours of blackcurrant and liquorice. The palate is refined and elegant with silky tannins. On the pallate flavours of blackberry and cassis are abundant, with hints of dark cherry and a touch of cedar.

The nose shows intense stone fruit and white pear, with hints of melon and perfume. The palate is rich and dense, with concentrated flavours of pineapple and green melon. The palate is fresh yet full, with a long, intense finish.

This wine shows an abundance of black cherry, dark berry and cassis on the nose, with hints of tobacco and nutmeg. The palate is bursting with ripe plum, vanilla bean, violets and bramble. The wine has a full palate with a lovely freshness, and finishes with a pleasant refined tannin profile.

Bright, pale straw colour with delicate scent of wild flowers and fruit, especially Cape Honeysuckle. White peaches and pineapples with a delicate underlying minerality. Dornier Equanimity Cabernet Sauvignon 2017
A classic example of this noble variety with concentrated fruit, bold structure and the ability to age well. Dornier CMD 2014 is a blend of the three lesser known Bordeaux varieties. Berry and black cherries aromas are supported by subtle hints French oak.
